What is the deposit for?

The deposit reserves your time slot and counts toward your bill at the clinic — it is part-payment for your visit, not an extra fee. Each clinic sets its own deposit amount, shown before you pay.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are not refundable if you cancel or miss your visit. If the clinic cancels your booking, your deposit will be refunded.

What if I can no longer make my time slot?

You can reschedule up to 2 times at no cost — change the date, time or branch from the manage link sent to you by SMS and email, or from the Bookings page of your Cowva account.

Do I need an account to book?

No login is needed. Book with your name and phone number — or, if you already attend a Cowva clinic, use your INO ID so the visit links to your existing records. If you have a Cowva account, sign in at app.cowva.com to see and manage all your bookings in one place.

Can I book for my child or family members?

Yes. You can add several people to one booking and pay a single deposit for the visit.

What vaccines can I book?

Clinics on Cowva offer routine immunisation and catch-up vaccines. You choose the vaccines (or describe what you need) while booking, and the clinic confirms at your visit.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. Cowva complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, your payment is processed by Paystack (your card details never reach Cowva or the clinic), and health records are only shared with the clinic you book.
